Bienvenido a Living in languages (Viviendo en idiomas)! Somos
dos mamás que quieren compartir nuestra experiencia con el bilingüismo. Por si
no hayas notado todavía, no somos nativas a la lengua castellana pero la mitad
de nuestra vida diaria si esta.
Queremos ofrecer un sitio donde los padres en la misma
situación pueden compartir sus propias experiencias con bilingüismo,
trilingüismo o multiligüismo y también queremos apoyar y animar a los que
estamos en ello.
Yo soy Tessa. Nací en Alemania. Crecí en Australia y tuve
mis hijos en España. Vivo casi 10 años en Madrid ahora vamos a continuar nuestra
aventura en Australia pero con el compromiso de mantener los dos idiomas de
inglés y castellano en casa.
Me llamo Nora. Soy húngara, nací y crecí en Hungría, pero ya
he vivido en los Estados Unidos y en Inglaterra también antes de España. Mis
dos hijos nacieron en Madrid. En la
familia utilizamos 3 idiomas - el
español, el húngaro y el inglés.
Nos encantaría oír de los claves, trucos, metodos que esteis practicando....

Welcome to Living in languages! We are two mums who want to
share our experience of raising our kids in two (or three, or more) languages.
The blog is in two languages as half of our lives are in Spanish and another
language.
We want to offer a place for parents who are on the same
bilingual, trilingual or multilingual adventure to support and encourage others
who are on the same road.
I´m Tessa. I was born in Germany. Grew up in Australia and
had my family in Spain. I have lived almost 10 years in Madrid but now we are
going to continue our bilingual adventures in Australia but with the commitment
to maintaining the two languages of English and Spanish in our home.
My name is Nora. I am Hungarian, I was born and raised in
Hungary, but I have already lived in the US and in the UK as well before Spain.
My two sons were born in Madrid. In our family we use 3 languages – Spanish, Hungarian
and English.
